10 WAYS TO LOSE WEIGHT
Its as simple as:
​Eating. Your body needs fuel and incorporating variations of colorful and nutritionally dense foods is very beneficial.
Start and keep and food and weight diary/journal.
Daily exercise. Get active every day by taking a 20-30 minute walk.
Limit liquid calories. Sugary drinks don't have to completely eliminated but they should be limited.
Eat mindfully. Pay attention to what you're eating and how much you're eating.
Plan ahead. Stocking your kitchen in advance and scheduling workout sessions are key.
Peer Support. Find people in your community or social circles that are already partaking in this journey, want to start, and who can help keep you motivated.
Stay positive and consistent. Negativity is the ruin to everything. Consistency is continuously pushing through, even when you have a setback because nothing happens overnight.
