HOW ARE WEÂ DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?
The answer is simple; we're still being trained. Most trainers build their bodies to what they want, become certified and then decide to "train" others to build the world's idea of "body goals." J Styles Fitness does not fall into the trap of the world's image of a "perfect body." We like the natural curves, we love to eat, we understand the daily struggle of healthy eating and living while living in an unhealthy world, and we love our perfectly imperfect bodies. We work on ourselves constantly to stay thick, fit, and motivated. We push for healthy, natural goals, not medically enhanced, body image issues. Try us out.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
We do provide nutritional guidance and it comes free with any one of the memberships that you choose. However, if you only wish to have nutritional guidance and diet plans, they can be purchased individually. You can also request a consultation for those things.
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
For the fitness enthusiast, I recommend all of the gym equipment that is utilized in your favorite workouts, that you can afford. But for fities, start with the basics:
Workout mat
3 sets of dumb bells ranging in sizes
3 different weight kettlebells
Resistance bands
Jump rope
Workout videos.
