In-Home Workout
This workout is a 10 minute routine that consists of 3 rounds of 8 repetitions. If you feel that you can do more, you can always increase to 3 rounds of 10, 12, 15, or 20 repetitions. Or, you can increase to 5 o 8 rounds of 8 repetitions. Remember, the added weight is optional.
